All docks being sold or swapped must be recorded with Pasco County so that taxes paid on docks are removed from the selling unit and added to the purchasing unit. In order for this to happen the original copy of the "bill of sale" or paper work for a swap must be given to the Commodore for recording at the County.
IMPORTANT: All docks sold in Phase One can only be purchased by owners of Phase One as per Condo documents.

All Phase One Docks have been registered with Pasco County on Little Rd. with their current Numbers. IMPORTANT: Anyone selling a dock "must" notify the Yacht Club Commodore. The Commodore will canvas the dock waiting list for a potential buyer.
